Body camera footage from the Nashville Police Department shows officers evacuating residents caught off guard by a blaring message from a recreational vehicle ominously telling bystanders “If you hear this message, evacuate now. Stay clear of this vehicle.” It repeated until a violent explosion shook the city’s downtown core:
Metro Police Chief John Drake praised six officers in particular for their life-saving efforts to remove civilians from the blast’s lethal range. They were responding to a nearby call when they noticed the suspicious RV.

Three officers suffered injuries in the Christmas Day bombing. Fortunately, no one, except bombmaker Anthony Quinn Warner, perished. Warner never intended to survive the detonation.
While the investigation into Warner’s motive continues, it’s known he held absurd views about 5G wireless communication networks, which would explain why he blew himself up in front of an AT&T building, temporarily disrupting 911 emergency dispatch offices and AT&T service across Tennessee.
