In one of his final acts as President, Donald Trump granted pardons to 73 people and commuted the sentences of 70 others, just hours before President-elect Joe Biden is sworn into office.
Here are the most notable recipients:
Steve Bannon
The former White House advisor was charged with fraud on Aug. 22, 2020, for raising funds for an initiative to privately build sections of the Mexican border wall, then spending nearly $1 million of the $25 million raised on personal expenses. President Trump granted Bannon a full pardon.
