Biden Administration Press Secretary Jen Psaki made another shocking announcement on Monday: President Biden will be expediting the process to replace President Andrew Johnson with Harriett Tubman on the U.S. twenty dollar bill.
The move was originally intended to take place previously. but was halted by President Trump.
