As Savanah Hernandez discusses, recently the Justice Department did just that: arrested one Douglas Mackey for the apparent crime of posting a meme…back in 2016!
Mackey, a former pro-Trump influencer who went by the online name of ‘Rickey Vaughn,’ now faces up to ten years in prison for posting a meme.
